Return & Refund Policy
At Amaya, every piece is thoughtfully designed and many of our products are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities.
We kindly request you to read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
To initiate a return, please email us at amayastudio.ca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, return shipping instructions will be shared.
Please note:
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Made-to-order pieces
Hand-painted or handcrafted items
Limited edition collections
Items purchased during sale or discount periods
Minor variations in color, texture, print placement, or handwork are part of the craft process and are not considered defects.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued
Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to exchanges.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order
details.
Once verified, we will offer:
A replacement (subject to availability), or
A refund or store credit, as applicable
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Store Credit
In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted
